How does it work?
We prepare a special session of Dragon Boat initiation, team building exercises and boats competition.
Included in the event
- Latin Dragons team coach and steers
- Senior members of the team to help with practice and guidance
- Boats
- Life vests and Paddles.
- Use of facilities (restrooms, showers, lockers and changing rooms)
- Water and 100plus.
Schedule
Preparation: 45 minutes
Arrival, basic rowing instructions, safety measures, warm up and getting everybody loaded and ready in the boats.
Warm up: 45 minutes
Paddling practice in order to learn how to paddle as a team by assigning roles and adjusting to the boat.
Competition: 45 minutes
Get ready to compete among the boats in different games, learning how to paddle together and win!
Wrap up: 30 minutes
Cool down, stretch, recover and get the key takeaways of the event.
Dragon Boating is a demanding practice, but we will make sure to adjust to the participants level and make it fun and enjoyable for everybody.
At the end of the sessions, participants will feel exhausted but accomplished by having a very close experience with their colleagues as a team in a much different way than the usual business environment.
